Junior Fitness
We are going to have a JUNIOR Fitness division at this year's show. The category will be 16 and under and will ONLY consist of a 1:30mins routine. No physique round! No tanning required! Just a routine done to music with dance, pushups, gymnastics, anything they can do!! We have just returned from the IFBB All Star Pro Fitness Competition in Little Rock Arkansas where I placed 4th amongst a great line up of 14 other amazing competitors. We are extremely excited about this placing, and we're even more excited to me heading to Santa Susanna Spain for the Pro Fitness Competition there. Thanks to EVERYONE for your support, encouragement and positive words!!
