Sandra competed in fitness competitions for ten years, including four years in the IFBB Pro ranks, competing against the best fitness women in the world. In University, she became certified as an aerobics instructor and then as a CPTN Personal Trainer. She has helped hundreds of people in their journey to health and fitness. Sandra has trained competitive athletes for fifteen years, coaching over 150 athletes to the stage. She offers programs designed for anyone looking to improve their level of health and fitness.
Sandra acquired her black belt in martial arts in 2013 and continues to train towards her second degree.
