Do you think you would benefit from getting rid of some old habits and implementing new ones?

That sounds daunting, doesn't it?

Join me for HACK YOUR HABITS—a FREE workshop designed to help you overhaul your life by creating the habits YOU want to keep and ditch the ones you don't.

Why Would You Want to Attend?

In this workshop we're going to tackle our bad habits and creating good habits! We're going to focus on the ones we want to keep and get rid of the ones we don't want.

We are going to also create a personal challenge to stick to one particular habit of your choice, while learning how to repeat the process for continued success!

What's On The Agenda?

  • Your Ideal You

  • Unclutter Bad Influences and Habits

  • Narrow Your Focus

  • Piggy Back Habits

  • The Easy Win

  • The Habit Loop

  • Stick With It

  • Create Your Own Habit Challenge

Bonus Stuff

  • A Preworkshop Worksheet

  • Workshop Worksheets (I do love worksheets...)

  • Surprise Gift for Attending (I also love gifts!)

Save your spot today and take the first step toward changing your life for the better!

PLEASE NOTE: If you are only going to attend the Write In after, please still sign up so I can send you out the meeting link. Plus, as a bonus, you'll get the worksheets for the workshop. ;)
