While earning her degree in English and Drama at McMaster University, Sandra taught aerobics and became a certified personal trainer. After graduating, she travelled across Australia and entered her first fitness competition and won. She then competed in fitness competitions for ten years, including four years in the IFBB Pro ranks, competing against the best fitness women in the world.
She trained fitness, physique, bikini and bodybuilding competitors for fifteen years. She has helped hundreds of people from all walks of life in their journey to health and fitness.
After retiring from competition Sandra wanted to put her athletic skills to good use and try a new venture. After many, many years of hard training, Sandra acquired her black belt in martial arts.
She continues her own fitness journey, helping others reach their goals, while raising a super powered son with Down syndrome.
