In addition to writing, I work with writers who want to improve their physical, mental and emotional health in order to write more.


I am a fitness coach of over 35 years, a black belt, a single mom, Down syndrome advocate and published fiction and nonfiction author. I've been in the publishing industry for over 15 years now.


I live in Ontario, Canada with my son who has Down syndrome and our cat, Yoda.
