Will I need to join a gym or yoga studio?

No! Absolutely not. All the workouts will be with no equipment and easily done with just a little space in your home. The yoga you might want a towel or mat and space to stretch. That's it!

What if I've never done yoga before? Or haven't exercised in a long time?

All the workouts and yoga sessions will be adaptable to ALL levels! I'm experienced and good like that. NO worries, you're in good hands!

What if I'm not available those days?

All the workouts and yoga sessions will be available as replays all month. If you can't make it live, if those days don't work for you, you can do them when it does work for you!

I have over 25 years experience in the health and fitness industry as a Trainer, IFBB Professional Fitness Competitor and Coach.

I've been in the publishing industry for over 13 years as a published author (traditionally and self published) and now I coach writers through their health, fitness and writing pursuits.
